ROOF BASE STRUCTURE

Designed with a simplistic view for optimized cost, sturdy design, easy installation with minimal effort & replaceable for alternative future uses.
Units can be bolted, welded or clamped.

TILT MOUNTING STRUCTURE

A very compatible and user friendly unit where user can decide angle of tilt & height as per site conditions to optimize exposure of PV module. Unit comes in modular form for maximum unit transportation within minimal packaging.

WALL MOUNTING STRUCTURE

Designed for wall holding modules, acting as a sunshade too. angle of module is adjustable, mounting can be fitted with self tapping high density screws.

STAND STRUCTURE

C-Channel stand structure can hold multiple modules and is raised to ensure modules are free of exposure. Is available in modular form for ease of assembly.

ADJUSTABLE STRUCTURE

Through design and engineering innovation, this structure to be modifiable for any size of PV Module eliminating on-site cutting. With a simple release of lock clamp the length is adjustable.

BALLASTED STRUCTURE

The ballast mounting system is suitable for rooftop application, with 5° to 10° mounting tilts. Variable ballast weights allow for local wind compensation. Eliminating rails equate to just a few boxes per system. The simple and straightforward installation process reduces time & labour cost.

CLAMP STRUCTURE

The clamp structure facilitates the rapid mounting of framed PV modules on any roof depending on type. Only three components are required to install the modules directly to the roof. A base mounting clip is 100 mm to 140 mm long, therefore allowing cost-effective logistics, warehousing & installation.

FIXED TILT STRUCTURE

Fixed Tilt Structure is developed for flat rooftop installation. It can be installed on roof clamp or penetrate into concrete. Fold design allows easy transportation, cost-effective warehousing & easy mounting.

LOW GROUND STRUCTURE

The low ground mounting structure is a cost effective performance optimized design; the supporting structure is manufactured to unfold easily at site. The optimized design is capable of withstanding high loads caused weather. It can use ground screw or concrete foundations, and its variable inclination and height makes the design flexible. The structure is extremely low-maintenance during its entire life span and fully recyclable, aesthetically pleasing, ideal for quick installation.

DUAL DIRECTION STRUCTURE

A maximum efficiency structure. Its capability to fold upwards and outwards makes it an ideal system for complete solar absorption. This structure can incorporate higher volume of PV module per set and is simple user friendly structure. The structure due to its design is also a high wind resistant structure and can be secured to the ground or roof also using ballast or screws.

SINGLE POST STRUCTURE

Single Post Structure is a very sturdy solution for small area solar photovoltaic needs. With its manual easy adjustable, 10-30 degree angle settings, it can support installations in a wide range of locations. The small on-grid or off-grid structure can be arranged in garden, farmland, mountain, water pump, telecom tower or the outdoor electrical housing.

TILT STRUCTURE

Tilt Structure exploits best output by enabling maximizing solar exposure to PV module. This is achieved by changing of the structural tilt manually or electronically, as per need, through a very simple mechanism this make it the least expensive operation & maintenance structure in the industry. Manufactured with resistant and durable materials, the tilt structure is designed by keeping in mind to make it simple and effective.  This innovative structural component is today one of the most cost effective alternatives to maximize financial benefits from solar investments.

GROUND POST STRUCTURE

Ground Post Structure is a very economical solution for large commercial and utility scale installations, especially on uneven terrain. The use of posts eliminate the need for additional excavation works, and pile-driven machine, reduce labour and time remarkably on site, piling finishes is extremely quick, which means high cost saving. The structure allows easy maintenance around and under the modules. Double Post Structure is optional for larger span and bigger arrays.

SHADE STRUCTURE

Shade Structure system offers simplified and economic solution providing shade for utilities or transportation whilst generating power. It is designed with different coverage options, compatible with most PV modules, orientations, and inclinations. Various foundations can be utilised, it allows us to keep the foundation spans longer and Modular design helps keep cost low & installation quick.

GREENHOUSE STRUCTURE

Greenhouse Structure provides the perfect combination for both power generation and cultivation. The structure can fully exploit the solar energy for daily basic activities on the farms. The elevated height can be structured according to particular vegetation & equipment of farm. The excess electricity can be sold to the electrical departments for revenue. Long life span of the structure makes for excellent returns on investment. The shading provided by the structural design is apt for crop growth.

PV MODULE CLEANING SYSTEMS

ANALOG CLEANING SYSTEM

A analog cleaner is a manually operated cleaning system capable of fitting on any size of array or PV module. Its dual rollers thoroughly clean the surface and washes out all collected particulates along with excess liquids. It requires manual presence for it traversing along and on the modules.

DIGITAL CLEANING SYSTEM

An automated cleaning system which brushes, cleans and dries the module as it traverses. The automation derives its power from solar set-up so no extra power is required.
